Tianchang Cylinder Head Co Ltd specializes in producing cylinder heads for internal combustion engines. It is a council member of the Association of China Internal Combustion Engine Industry and the Association of China Foundry Industry. It was given three times successively the titles of comprehensive strength top 100 enterprises by China Foundry Industry Association 2010 through 2016 and the title of pioneering enterprise in the internal combustion engine industry by China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association 2010 through 2017.
The company has 960 employees, including 265 engineers and technicians, covers an area of 300,000 square meters. Workshops are equipped with 16 machining lines, 5 washing lines, one German made HWS automatic moulding line and one mechanized moulding line. It has an annual capacity of more than 1,300,000 pieces of cylinder heads made of grey iron, vermicular iron and aluminum alloy. Its foundry annual capacity is over 60,000 tons of castings.

The first cylinder head R&D institute in China. We have been collaborating with Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute and Tianjin University since our production of cylinder heads in 1993. The institute established in the company premises in 2006 is engaged mainly in supporting engine manufacturers in new product development and current product improvement.
Quick product development and start of production. Our engineering team with years of experience and specialized skills are working efficiently to keep pace with engine manufacturers' schedules of work on the development of new products. With a flexible machining line specially for newly developed products and current products under improvement, working periods of development and trial production for two-valve and four-valve cylinder heads are two months and four months respectively.
Advanced measuring equipment. Modern advanced inspecting and measuring instruments are used in physical and chemical examinations, including flow test rig for cylinder head ports development.
Specialization and dedication. We have been specializing in the manufacture of cylinder heads for 25 years. Persistent efforts have been made to cultivate corporate culture and improve quality performance. Human resources have been enriched in the course of technical innovation and vocational training. Our castings consists of thin-walled grey iron and vermicular iron and low pressure or gravity die-cast aluminum alloys. We have comprehensive capabilities of research and development, mould making, close tolerance casting and precision machining to offer timely and all-round packaged service.
